Ingredients of Dahi paneer

  1. It’s 300 grams of paneer.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  7. Take 1 of bay leaf.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  9. It’s To taste of salt and sugar.
  10. Prepare As needed of oil.

Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the seeds mixture.Marinate paneer and keep it aside.In a pan, heat little oil ; add cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry it.Cook on high flame with the lid open till the gravy evaporates.

Dahi paneer instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into small pieces..
  2. Sprinkle salt, turmeric and red chilli powder on the cubed paneer..
  3. Now heat oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes and keep aside..
  4. Temper cumin seeds and bay leaf into the same oil..
  5. Add ginger paste and saute until the raw smell disappears..
  6. Now add the tomatoes and saute along with salt and turmeric powder..
  7. Add red chilli powder and mix well..
  8. Keep the flame low and add the curd, beating well..
  9. Add paneer,sugar and garam masala powder..

It consists of mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds (fenugreek) and nigella seeds.In a bowl, whisk the yogurt well and add the besan / gram flour.Combine the fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida in a small bowl and keep aside.
