- Prepare 7 tbsp of crumbled paneer.
- It’s 2 of boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 1 of slit green chilli.
- Take 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions.
- Make ready 1 tsp of soy sauce.
- You need 3 tbsp of cornflour.
- It’s 2 tbsp of chopped coriander.

- Prepare 5 tbsps of oil for deep frying.
Paneer Lollipops instructions
- Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,chillies,corainder leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and crumbled paneer and mix well..
- Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and place carrot sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape..
- Roll them in corn flour-Maida mixture and bind them properly..
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides..
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot..
