  5. It’s 1/4 cup of finely chopped green capsicum.
  6. Take 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Oats-Rawa Uttapam step by step

  1. Grind 1 cup of oats in mixer grinder to make oats flour. In mixing bowl add this oats flour, rawa, cabbage, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chillies- ginger pastesalt..mix well..
