Chop all your ingredients and open the can of baked beans..
Add 2 Tb of olive oil in a pan. Add your chopped onion sauté till almost golden. When the edges of the onions turn brown.

Next add the baked beans and whole split chilli and cook it down until its no longer runny then add more water to make it the consistency u like..
Add your coriander, peppers, black pepper, lemon juice if you want and adjust salt. Remove the split chill its job was to impart aroma nothing more. It doesn't add heat. U can even add more if u want..
U can store this in the fridge for 1 week and eat it for breakfast. Just make enuff. We make 4 to 5 cans at a go..
