Ingredients of Spicy Mushrooms

  2. You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  3. Take 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  4. Take 1 tsp of ground black pepper.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  7. It’s of salt.
  8. Take 1/2 tsp of peprika.
  9. Make ready 2 of finely chopped onion or onion powder.
  10. Prepare 1 of some ginger garlic paste.
  11. Prepare 1 of butter.
  12. Take 1 of some curry leaves.
  13. Take 1 packages of button mushrooms.
  14. Make ready 1 of bay leaf.
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  16. It’s 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  17. Make ready 2 tbsp of cream.

Spicy Mushrooms instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, heat some butter on medium flame. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for about 1 minute. Now, add button mushrooms to this. Keep on flipping until the mushroom turn golden. (Adjust flame accordingly).
  2. In another fry pan take 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it on medium flame. Add :- bay leaf, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Stir them. Simmer the flame. Add on :- salt, peprika, ground black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, onion powder, garam masala powder. Stir fry them. Switch off the flame..
  3. Mix the mushrooms and prepared mixture of spices all together. Add some tomato ketchup and some cream. Mix them all..
