Ingredients of Beef Stir Fry

  1. Take 1 of green bean.
  2. You need of Stir Fry.
  3. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  4. It’s 1 of beef steak.
  5. Prepare 1 of bell pepper.
  6. Prepare 1/3 of cabbage.
  7. You need 1/3 of cucumber.
  8. Prepare 1/2 of carrot.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce.
  11. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  13. Take dash of chilli flakes.

Beef Stir Fry instructions

  4. Cooking- add oil in wok or frying pan on med-high heat and add onion, let that cook for 3 minutes and add in your meat. Let that cook for 6 minutes and add your cabbage and carrot. After that cooks for another 5 minutes add in the rest of the vegetables and add sauce plus chilli flakes. 7 minutes later the dish is done. Serve with rice and the vegetables should still be a little crunchy and meat full of flavor!.
