You need 2 cups of tuwo rice.
Take 1/2 cup of foreign rice.
You need Table spoon of yeast.
Take 4 table spoon of sugar.
Take Tea spoon of salt.
Make ready of Ground oil.

Wash the foreign rice with salt and cook until it is soft, set aside.
Wash the tuwon shinkafa thoroughly. Ina bucket add the tuwon shinkafa, cooked rice and a tea spoon of yeast and blend.
After its all blended, add a tea spoon of yeast and baking powder to it, mix well and cover, set aside for atleast 30mins.
After its swells mix well and add sugar and salt to it.
Place your pan on fire, add a little oil to it and fry.
