- Take 4-6 of thin pork shoulder steaks preferable.
- It’s 1 of Bay leaf.
- You need 100 ml of white wine.
- You need 1 tbsp of lard or 2 tbsp of olive.
- You need 2 tbsp of margarine.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Prepare to taste of Black pepper.
- It’s 2 of dried chillies, crushed.

- Marinade the pork steaks with salt, pepper, wine, chilli, bay leaf and the garlic. Allow to sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes..
- In a frying up over a medium to high heat add the lard or olive oil..
- Once the lard or olive oil is hot add the steaks drained for the marinade (reserve the marinade to add to the pan). Allow to cook 3-6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness or until fully cooked through..
- Remove the steaks from the pan but keep warm..
