  3. Make ready 1 tsp of Vinegar.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Sesame oil.
  5. It’s 1 dash of Doubanjiang.

Aji-Moyashi (Marinated Bean Sprouts) for Ramen step by step

  1. You can just use the bean sprouts as-is if you like, but if you take the thin roots off they'll look better and have a better texture too..
  2. Rinse the bean sprouts, and boil for 1 minute. Drain..
  3. Drain off the water. Transfer to a bowl and mix with all the flavoring ingredients while still hot. Finished!.
  4. Try it on top of ramen!.
