Apply oil in the cutlet both the sides. If you apply oil the cutlet will not stick to the basket. Bake for 180 degre C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes. Check it if it is done. Transfer to the serving plate. Sprinkle roasted oats and garnish with few broken cashew nuts..
