- It’s 3 of large eggs mine are duck eggs.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fish sauce.
- Take 1 tsp of light soy sauce.
- You need 3 of spring onions chopped.
- It’s Handful of parsley roughly chopped.
- Make ready of Red chilli diced (depending on how hot you want it).
- Make ready 1 tbsp of oil or fry oil / light.
- It’s Squeeze of lime juice.
Thai Omlette step by step
- Chop the veggies..
- Crack the eggs, put in the soy sauce and fish sauce, whisk well..
- Using a large frying pan, heat on a medium to high heat add the oil and throw in the egg mixture. Add the chilli, onion and parsley..
- Once cooked almost through, using a spatula, roll it, slice in half and serve !.
