Ingredients of Green Mango Salad
- You need 3 of green mango.
- Take 2 cup of coconut,shredded i use 1 fresh coconut,about 2 cups.
- You need 1/2 of sugar.
- Make ready 1 cup of dried shrimps,or half cup is ok.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of salt.
- It’s 1 cup of shallots / sliced.
- You need 50 grams of dried hot chili.
- Take 100 grams of roasted peanuts.
Green Mango Salad instructions
- I use fresh coconut,so first start i shredd coconut ,then roasted on low heat until lightly brown.
- Add shrimps,stir occasional ,until shrimps crispy,add sugar and salt,stir until well mix,sugar dissolved,heat off,let it cool.
- Sliced shallots,bring to fry on low heat until golden,add chili,just one mins chili will crispy,heat off,let it cool.
- Peel and slic green mango.
- To serve,mix in the bowl with all ingredients ,we eat this as snack ,or light lunch with other food :).
