Ingredients of Green Mango Salad

  1. You need 3 of green mango.
  2. Take 2 cup of coconut,shredded i use 1 fresh coconut,about 2 cups.
  3. You need 1/2 of sugar.
  4. Make ready 1 cup of dried shrimps,or half cup is ok.
  5. You need 1/2 tbsp of salt.
  6. It’s 1 cup of shallots / sliced.
  7. You need 50 grams of dried hot chili.
  8. Take 100 grams of roasted peanuts.

Green Mango Salad instructions

  1. I use fresh coconut,so first start i shredd coconut ,then roasted on low heat until lightly brown.
  2. Add shrimps,stir occasional ,until shrimps crispy,add sugar and salt,stir until well mix,sugar dissolved,heat off,let it cool.
  3. Sliced shallots,bring to fry on low heat until golden,add chili,just one mins chili will crispy,heat off,let it cool.
  4. Peel and slic green mango.
  5. To serve,mix in the bowl with all ingredients ,we eat this as snack ,or light lunch with other food :).
