Ingredients of Sinasir
You need 2 cup of White rice (shinkafar tuwo).
Make ready 1/2 cup of precooked rice.
Take 1 of tspn of yeast.
You need 1 of tspn of sugar.
Prepare 1/2 of tspn of salt.
Take of Oil.

Sinasir instructions
Place the white rice in a bowl,add enough water to completely submerge the rice,soak between 4-5 hrs.
After 5hrs drain of the water and Rinse the rice.
Blend the rice together with some precooked rice.
Prove the yeast,add warm water in a bowl add yeast and sugar, whisk together and set a side.
Add salt and prove yeast in the rice batter and stir.
Cover and leave it to rise for at least 2hrs.
The risen batter.
Put oil in pan,allow it to get hot, pour the batter and cover till done,do not flip.
The result.
Serve my sinasir with vegetable soup.
