- Take 100 grams of gathiya.
- Make ready 2-3 tablespoon of chiwda masala.

- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and black pepper and cook for 2 mins. Now add chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minits..

- Now add salt and mint leaves to it. And cook it by covering for 5 miniuts. Rice is ready. Keep aside..
- Now in another pan heat oil and add all whole spices and cook it for 2 minutes. Now add chopped chilli and garlic and gain fry for 2.miniutes..
- Now add chopped cabbage and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes..
- Now add all spices cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add tomato, salt and corn again cook for 3 to 4 minutes..
- Now add 1 cup of water and cook it untuk 3 whistle. Let it cool and open the lid.Curry is cooked..
- Now proceed for layering. For laying divide the rice into 3 parts. Put one part in a bottom if a pan. Add sprinkle some chiwada powder and few gathiya and coriander and mint leaves on it. Now add some form of curry on it. Repeat the same step for another laying..
