- Wash and soak the rice for 3 to 4 hours.
- The rice should look like these when soaked then wash again.
- Add the rice and water in the blender.
- Blend on high speed until it's smooth.
- Then take one cup of the paste and add into another bowl.
- Place a sauce pan and add water then bring to a boil,then add the boil water to the paste untill it thickens set aside till it's completely cool.
- When it's completely cool add it to the blended rice.
- Then mix everything together untill it well combined.
- Then add 1 table spoon of yeast.
- Mix it well, then cover and set aside until it's double in size.
- When it's double in size add sugar,salt and baking powder.
- Then mix everything together untill it's well combined.
- Then place a non stick pan and add a little oil in it.
- Then add 1 cup of batter into the pan.
- Cover and cook until it's forms bubble on top and golden brown on the bottom…keep doing same method untill all the batter is finished.
