Ingredients of Shoyu Ramen

- You need 2 tbsp of Kikoman soy sauce.
- Take 1 tsp of Five spices powder or ngo hiong powder.
- It’s dash of chili powder.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of sesame oil.
- You need 2 of Hard boiled eggs.
- Take 1 tsp of worchesterchire sauce.
- Make ready of Ramen noodles for 2 serving.
- Prepare to taste of Salt and pepper.

Shoyu Ramen instructions
- Make a broth. In a pot, boil chicken and pork with leeks or leafy green onions, 3 garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper with 3 cups of water..
- Cook hard boiled eggs. Slice and set aside..
- Separate broth, meat and vegetables. Set aside the broth and disregard the spices..
- Fry the pork meat with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp Kikoman soy sauce. Pepper to taste. Set aside..
