Ingredients of Chole samosa

  1. Prepare 250 gm of plain flour.
  2. Take to taste of salt.
  3. You need as needed of ghee.
  4. Make ready 4-5 of cashews (chopped small).

  6. Make ready 4-5 of boiled potato (mashed).
  7. Prepare as required of olive oil.
  8. It’s 1 inch of ginger (chopped small).

  10. You need 1/2 cup of pea.
  11. You need 1/4 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
  12. You need 1/4 tablespoon of garam masala.
  13. Take 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon of mango dry powder.
  15. Prepare 2 cup of cooked kabuli chala.
  16. Take as needed of imli sauce.

Chole samosa instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add 250 gm plain flour,1/2 table spoon salt and 1/4 cup ghee into it. mix all items well for 1 min than add little amount of water in it make sure your dough is tight and soft…. cover dough with plate and leave it for 20- 30 min..
  2. Take a pan pre heat it,add 1 table spoon olive oil into it keep flame low - add ginger paste, green chilli, add pea cook for few minutes than cover pan for cook pea at low flame for 2 min after that add potatoes in it than add 3/4 table spoon Salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander,mango dry powder,cashew, raisins and mix well all these cook it for 4-5 min with pan spoon…turn off flame stuffing is ready…
  3. After 20 minutes knead the dough than make small balls of dough (equal to lemon size) than roll the balls with hands smooth and round than roll the balls in circle shape (chapati size) after that divide it in 2 equal parts with the help of knife form centre, take some water in bowl, take half part of poori and spread some water on cutted side half than make shape of cone and filled stuffing of potatoes 2-3 table spoon now stick the corners with fingers tigltly…
  4. Cover the samosa with cotton cloth and leave it for half an hour than deep fry the samosa in olive oil at medium pan…..
  5. Take plate put one piece of samosa crush it add 3-4 spoon kabuli chana sabji on it 2-3 table spoon imli sauce….and cholle samosa is ready to serve.
