Ingredients of Raw mango rice

  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup of cooked rice.

  5. You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  6. Take 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
  7. Take 1/4 tsp of hing (asfoitida).
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. Take 2 of green chillies split (very hot chilli).
  10. Take 7-8 pc of curry leaves.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.

  1. Grate raw mango, add pinch of salt and keep aside..
