Ingredients of Soya Chilli

  1. It’s 100 gm of Soya pieces.
  2. Prepare 1 of Onion chopped.
  3. Take 1 of Capsicum chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 tbs of grated Ginger and Garlic.
  5. Take as needed of Green coriander leaves chopped.
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of Green Chilli sauce.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of vinegar.
  10. Make ready 3 of Green Chilli chopped.
  11. Take 4 tbsp of refined flour.
  12. You need 3 tbsp of Cornflour.
  13. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  14. It’s as needed of Oil.
  15. It’s 1/2 tsp of Kitchen king.
  16. It’s 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp of chicken Masala powder.

Soya Chilli step by step

  1. Boil soya pieces and put it into a bowl..
  2. Add maida, cornflour,1 tbs eachTomato sauce, Green sauce, Soya sauce, salt & all masala and mix well. Marinate it fir 15 minutes..
  3. Heat oil in a Karahi and fry marinated Soya on low flame. Take it out when it becomes crunchy..
  4. Now heat oil in a pan. Add grated Ginger-Garlic, Chopped onion, Green Chilli and Capsicum. After 2-3 minutes add Tomato sauce, Chilli sauce, Soya sauce, vinegar, all masala powder & little salt..
  5. Lastly, put fried soya into pan and mix well..
  6. Soya Chilli is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and Green potato springs (optional) and serve..
