Ingredients of Spaghetti jellof
- Take of Spaghetti.
- Take of Carrot.
- You need of Green beans.
- Prepare of Scotch bonnet.
- Make ready of Red pepper.
- Prepare of Onion.
- It’s of Vegetable oil.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Seasoning.
Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots.Yes I know, you don't have to tell me to cover my face I am already doing it.Can you just imagine that this is the first jollof spaghetti recipe I am posting on the blog.How to make spaghetti(Delicious jellof spaghetti).
Spaghetti jellof instructions
- On a medium heat set your pot on fire and perboil your spaghetti,sieve and keep aside.
- Set another pot on fire pour oil and add your diced onion to fry for some minute add chopped or granded red pepper,scotch bonnet and onion a lot it to fry for some minute and pour water to boiled..
- Add salt and seasoning to taste..
- Peel and wash your carrot,diced to your desired shape and size,cut your green beans and onion..
- After deep boiling of water pour your spaghetti and a lot it to cook,when is about to be done pour in your carrot,green beans and onion then close the pot. When done off the light..
