  2. Prepare of baby bokchoy, green beans, eggplant.
  3. It’s 6 tbsp of peanut butter.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of flour.
  5. It’s 3 cups of beef stock or water.
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of annatto seeds soaked in a cup of water.
  7. You need of (OR 1 tbsp orange food coloring).
  8. Make ready of Minced garlic & onion.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  10. It’s of Salt and pepper.
  11. Take of Adjust ingredients if necessary or according to your liking.

Porkchop Kare Kare step by step

  1. Cut eggplant into rectangles then fry. Blanch bokchoy and green beans. Set aside..
  2. Set a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic and onions for 2 mins. Add the water, salt, pepper, annatto water/food color and bring to a boil..
  3. Add the peanut butter. Mix well until it is dissolved. Simmer for 5 mins..
  4. Add the flour and mix well. Simmer for 5 more minutes then turn off the heat..
  5. Plate it and serve with steamed rice and shrimp paste. Enjoy! 🙂.
