  1. Make ready 1/2 kg of Naatu Kozhi clean and cut into very small pieces.
  2. Make ready 2 tsp of Sesame Oil.

  5. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.

  17. Take 4 of Dry Red Chillies.

Nattu Kozhi Chukka/Country Chicken Fry step by step

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients given for masala powder. Cool it completely and grind to a fine powder..
  2. In a kadai, add oil. Once oil gets heat, add shallots and curry leaves. Saute till shallots becomes translucent..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 mins in medium flame..
  4. Add chicken pieces and mix well for 5 mins..
  5. Add turmeric powder, ground masala powder and salt. Saute for 5 mins..
  6. Add water. Cover and cook till the chicken gets cooked..
  7. Atlast add pepper powder and coriander leaves. Saute for 2 mins. Transfer to a bowl..
  8. Now it's ready to serve as a Sidedish for your lunch..
