Dahi Paneer kebab step by step
- Mix all ingredients from paneer salt and mix well.
- And then add coriander leaves to it.
- And mix well and it will form dough.
- Then roll the dough and cut into pieces.
- Just press each piece in between ur palm and make round shapes.
- Take a pan and keep it in medium heat.
- And add oil for shallow frying the kabab.
- Just turn it once the other side is done.
- Serve hot with green chutney or as u prefer.
