Sinasir(pancake) step by step

  1. Method ! Place u rice in a bowl.
  2. Wash and rinse the rice.
  3. Soak for 3 hours.
  4. Blend in a high speed blander until smooth.
  5. Transfer it into a bowl add 1 cup of the blended rice in a small bowl and reserve the remaining batter.
  6. Boil some water in a pot and add it to that one cup of the batter whisk well unit thick and smooth allow it to cool completely.
  7. Transfer the remaining reserved batter in a big bowl.
  8. Stir in the thick mixture.
  9. Add yeast and stir well until well combined.
  10. Cover with a sling film and place in a warm place for 1 hr.
  11. Add sugar, salt and baking powder stir well.
  12. Grease a non stick pan with some oil.
  13. Add I cup of prepared sinasir batter in the pan.
  14. Cover the pan and allow to cook under medium low for 5 min.
  15. U sinasir is ready u can serve it with soup or honey syrup.
