Ingredients of Oats n Apricots Thandai

  2. Take 3 of Dry dates soaked -.
  3. Make ready 2 of Walnuts soaked in water.
  4. It’s 6 of Soaked apricots.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Powdered Jaggery.
  6. Take 11/2 glass of Milk.
  7. Prepare of Roasted flaxseeds to garnish.
  8. Take 1 tsp of Elaichi pdr.

Oats n Apricots Thandai instructions

  1. Stir fry oats for 5 min..
  2. Soak oats in water and boil it in 1/2 cup of water for 5 min on medium heat stirring continuously..
  3. Deseed soaked apricots and dates..
  4. Blend walnuts,dates,cooked oats and jaggery in a grinder..
  5. Add milk and elaichi pdr and then blend a few more seconds. Chill it in the fridge..
  6. Pour in glasses and garnish with dry roasted flax seeds..
  7. Yummy and healthy oats thandai is ready. Keep.
