- It’s 1cup of Bengal gram flour (Besan).
- Prepare 1 of Raw mango small size.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Oil.
- Prepare 1/2tsp of Turmeric.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Dhania powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- Make ready 6 of Curry leaves.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Asfoetida.
- It’s 1 tsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1/2tsp of Curry powder.
- Take 1/2 cup of Oil.
Raw mango Kadhi(Aam Jhol) instructions
- Make a thick batter of besan and water..
- Chop raw mangoes in small pieces..
- Heat up oil in a wok and make small balls out of batter..
- Take 1 tbsp of besan add 1 glass of water.Mix well.
- In 1 tsp of heated oil add asfoetida and turmeric. Add chopped raw mango pieces.Cook them well..
- Now add the thin batter and stir continuously on slow flame till kadhi thickens..
- Add salt and. besan balls..
- Keep it covered and let it boil for 5 min..
- Prepare tempering by taking 1 tbsp of oil.Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,dhania powder and curry powder. Pour over kadhi..
