  1. Make a thick batter of besan and water..
  2. Chop raw mangoes in small pieces..
  3. Heat up oil in a wok and make small balls out of batter..
  4. Take 1 tbsp of besan add 1 glass of water.Mix well.
  5. In 1 tsp of heated oil add asfoetida and turmeric. Add chopped raw mango pieces.Cook them well..
  6. Now add the thin batter and stir continuously on slow flame till kadhi thickens..
  7. Add salt and. besan balls..
  8. Keep it covered and let it boil for 5 min..
  9. Prepare tempering by taking 1 tbsp of oil.Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,dhania powder and curry powder. Pour over kadhi..
