  1. Take 350 g of Chicken Meat (boneless, skinless, slice thinly).
  2. Make ready 2 pc of fresh Red Chillies (roughly sliced).
  3. You need 2 pc of fresh Green Chillies (roughly sliced).
  4. Take 2 Tbsp of Fermented Yellow Bean Paste (Tauchu).
  5. You need 1 Tbsp of Sugar.
  6. Prepare 20 g of Ginger.
  7. It’s 20 g of Garlic.
  8. Prepare 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil.
  9. Take 1/3 cup of Water (or more).

Stir Fry Tauchu Chicken step by step

  1. CHICKEN; In a large wok, heat 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil until hot and cook the chucken until brown all over (2 minutes each side 4 minutes total). When done, move the chicken to the sides, away from the centre of wok to make a well..
  2. SAUCE; if needed, add more cooking oil. Add the Garlic and Ginger into the well and cook until fragrant (10 secs). Then add the Tauchu paste and Sugar and cook them for 1 minute. Make sure to break up the paste..
  3. WATER & CHILLIES; after 1 minute, add Water, Green and Red Chillies. Mix everything well, cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes..
