Ingredients of Rich Rajma chawal

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of Rajma(red kidney beans)soked overnight and drained.
  2. You need 3 cup of cooked rice(chawal).
  3. Prepare 1 tea spoon of oil.
  4. It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  5. Take 1/4 tsp of asafoetida (hing).
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of sliced onines.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes.
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  10. Prepare 1/4 (4 tsp) of turmeric powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
  12. It’s 1 tsp of coriander and roasted cumin powder.
  13. Take to taste of salt.
  14. Take 2 tsp of cream.
  15. Take 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander.

  5. So Rajma is ready to eating with chawal..
  6. The traditional way is to enjoy it with plan chawal. You can also serve it along with chapati,naan or pulav if desired..
