Ingredients of Pipa Tofu

  1. Take 1 lb of Tofu,mashed.
  2. Make ready 1/2 lb of Shrimp, chopped coursely.
  3. Prepare 1/2 lb of Ground pork.
  4. You need 1 of Egg.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of All purpose flour.
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of Carrots, finely grated.
  7. Make ready 3 tbsp of Spring onions, chopped.
  8. You need 3 tbsp of Parsley or cilantro, chopped.
  9. Prepare 1 of Salt and pepper, to taste.
  10. Prepare 10 of Pcs soaked dried mushrooms, chopped.
  11. Take 1 of Soy sauce.
  12. Make ready 1 of Oyster sauce.
  13. Make ready 3/4 of Sugar and salt to taste.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of Corn starch.
  15. It’s 2 tbsp of Water, to dilute the cornstarch- use for thickening.
  16. Prepare 2 cup of Water or stock.

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped shrimps, chopped mushrooms and mashed tofu.. Add one beaten egg, flour, salt and pepper.. Add the vegetables and mix well…
