  1. It’s 1 cup of Hung curd.
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup of Diced capsicum.
  3. You need 1-2 of Chopped green chilli.
  4. Take 6 slices of Brown bread.
  5. Take 1/4 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chopped coriander leaves.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Sugar.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. Take 1/2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  10. It’s 1/4 tsp of Chat masala.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chopped ginger.
  12. It’s as needed of Oil - for frying.

  1. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours..
  2. In a bowl mix together hang curd,capsicum,chilli flex,chat masala,black pepper powder,coriander leaves,green chilli,ginger,salt and sugar and mix well..
  3. Cut the edges of the bread..
  4. Place the bread on the plate and sprinkle some water..
  5. Add the curd mixture in the corner of the bread and roll it tightly and lock them..
  6. Keep in the fridge for half an hour..
  7. Heat the oil in a pan and add the curd rolls..
  8. Deep fry till light brown..
  9. Serve hot with tea..
