Ingredients of Dahi ke Sholay

  1. Prepare 5 of bread slices.
  2. Make ready 1/3 cup of hung curd.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Shredded carrot.
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp of Capsicum cuts.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of Onions cuts.
  6. You need 1 of green chilli.
  7. Prepare Half tsp of pepper powder.
  8. You need Half tsp of sugar (optional).
  9. Make ready 1 pinch of salt.
  10. Make ready leaves of Corriender.
  11. Take 2 tbsp of shredded paneer.
  12. It’s of Oil for frying.
  13. Take of Water for brushing.

Dahi ke Sholay instructions

  1. Cut the sides/edges of the bread and roll them thin, in a rolling pan, like chapati as shown in pic 1.
  2. Now for mixture. Take the hung curd in a bowl, add carrot, capsicum, green chilli, onion, corriender leaves, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, paneer and mix them all and keep it aside. Donot add any kind of water to it..
  3. Take a bread slice, brush sum water on it and place it in a kite shape as shown in pic 1. Now take 1 tbsp of the filling, apply water on the sides and roll them out as shown in the image. Now for rolling and for sticking the sides, take a plastic, place the rolled kabab over it and roll it with the plastic, as shown in pic 2. Now gently twist the sides of the bread, along with the plastic on the opposite directions..
  4. Then remove the plastic carefully as shown in pic 1. This way the sides of the bread will get attached. Roll the remaining bread slices in the same way..
  5. Now heat oil in a pan and fry them till they turn brown and crispy. Serve them with some sauce or mayonnaise or the way it is made…it will taste yummm evn without any kind of sauces..❤️❤️.
