Ingredients of Murg Paanwaala
- Prepare 1 bowl of half boiled chicken.
- It’s 1 cup of chopped betel leaves (paan).
- It’s 1 cup of chopped tomatoes.
- It’s 1 cup of chopped onions.
- Take 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of mint-coriander-chilli paste.
- Take 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- It’s as per requirement of Water.
Murg Paanwaala step by step
- Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup chopped onions & 1 cup chopped betel leaves to a mixer..
- Then add 1 cup water & blend well..
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp mint-coriander-chilli paste and mix well..
- Then add the blended mixture & 1 tbsp garam masala. Mix well..
- Add 1 bowl half boiled chicken and salt to taste. Add water if required. Cover & cook on low flame..
- Once cooked, garnish & serve hot with roti or naan..
