Ingredients of Spanish Omelette
- Take 1 of Potato (Large/2-Medium): 1 Cup- Chopped in Dices.

- Take a large frying pan and heat it on the medium flame, adding in the measured oil- Once hot, add in the Diced potatoes first & sauté for about a couple of minutes until light golden brown.

- Now, pour in the half cooled down but still need be warm enough- Already cooked veggies & mix everything together until well combined- once the slightly hot/warm veggies are added into the egg batter, it’the start thickening a bit & that’s exactly what’s required for this type of omelette.
- Now, pour in the entire content in the heated pan again over a low-medium heat and cook for about 5 mins (this is required for each side) & also add in the grated cheese (optional).
- Now, once one side’s done very carefully & gently flip it onto it's other side by placing a ceramic or porcelain big plate on the top of the pan and then do it immediately and then again, slide the same onto the heated pan again, for the other side of it to get equally cooked for another 5 mins time.
- With the back of your spatula- tuck the sides of the omelette to get it's legendary roundish shape and once it’s all done and well cooked, transfer it onto the Serving Dish…& Our Legendary “Tortilla De Patata” or commonly known as the “Spanish Omelets” is ready to grab now.
