  6. After 2 to 3hrs again knead the dough and make medium sized balls..
  7. Dough balls roll it into a 4-5inches diameter..
  8. Then place the potato mixture in the centre of the dough..
  9. Close the edges and bring them at the centre..
  10. Press the dough slightly, then turn over the other side..
  11. Gently roll it for using rolling pin, just like a paratha.
  12. On a hot thawa stuffed the kulcha. Turn over the other side, it's partially cooked each side..
  13. Add the ghee or oil in each side, 3 to 4 times flip the kulcha. Cook for 2minutes..
  14. Press the edges for using spatula, both sides are became brown in colour.now kulcha is ready to serve.
