- Dissolve the tomato paste in water. Pour it over the saucepan along with the dried black lime. Leave to boil uncovered for 5 minutes, then lower the heat and cook for another 10 minutes..
- Add in the coriander, lemon juice and salt. Simmer till the sauce begins to thicken..
