Ingredients of Sinasir
Make ready 2 cups of rice.
It’s of Sugar.
It’s 1 tbsp of baking powder.
Take 1 tsp of yeast.
You need Pinch of salt and veg oil for frying.
Take of Onions.

Sinasir instructions
Wash and soak rice, let it sit for 6hour.
Blend with onion and yeast till u have a smooth batter..
When u done, add in sugar and a pinch of salt.. Mix everything in well and allow to rise for 2hours.
After it has rise add in baking powder and stir gentle.. Heat a non stick frying pan and add 1tsp of oil and fry in batches….
And Tanah ur sinasir is ready.. Serve with soup of choice!!!.
