Ingredients of Murgh Musallam
- It’s 1 of whole chicken.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of curd.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
- Take 1 tsp of corriender powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of syah (white) Jeera powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of garam Masala.
- Take 3/4 tsp of kashmiri mirch powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- Make ready 1-2 drops of Kewra and rose essence.
- It’s 4-5 of strings Saffron.
- Prepare 2 cup of For Rice, basmati Rice.
- Make ready 1 of Bay Leaf.
- It’s 1 of Cinnamon.
- Make ready 1 of black cardamom and Salt.
- You need 12-15 of For coating Masala, almond.
- Prepare 12-15 of Cashew.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Khuskhus.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of brown Onion.
- Take 1 of / 4 cup Curd and some salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of milk.
- You need as needed of For filling, already prepare fry Potato or french fries.
- You need as needed of Boiled Egg.
- Prepare 2 cup of Oil For fry.
- Take 1 tbsp of Sesame Seeds.
- It’s 2 tbsp of For serving, some brown Onion.

- You need 2-3 of Lemon wedges.

Murgh Musallam step by step
- Take basmati rice add water,washed it,and soaked in sufficient water for 1 hour.
- Take whole chicken and make cut over it.
- Add curd and salt as per taste,ginger garlic paste.
- Red chilli powder, corriender and turmeric powder.
- Kashmiri mirch powder, lemon juice and mix it well.
- Add cumin and syah jeera powder,garam masala.
- Cover it and keep aside for 4 hours for marinate.
- Add few drops kewra and rose water,add few strings saffron in whole chicken mix nicely and cover it and keep aside for 4 hours for marinate.
- Make fine paste of this.
- For coating masala, take almonds and cashew nuts in a mixer jar.
- Add khuskhus and brown onion and milk,.
- For rice, take bay leaf, cinnamon and black cardamom in boiling water,add salt according to taste,and add soaked rice in it.
- Now tie tightly with thread.
- When done strain it and keep aside it.
- Now filled the rice in marinate chicken,filled some already prepared fry potatoes or french fries and boiled egg, now tie tightly with thread.
- Seal the open part with skevers.
- Heat oil in deep pan and left it in hot oil for fry.
- When one side done change the side.
- When it's goes to done sprinkle some sesame seeds.
- Now transfer in plate.
- Remove excess oil from same pan and add remaining marinate masala.
- And add prepared grind paste,add some salt,finally add curd and stir.
- When masala done add fry whole chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes in it.
- Transfer in a serving plate with remaning cooked rice coat all side of chicken with remaning masala.
- Serve hot for more taste with some brown onion and chopped corriender and with lemon wedges and enjoy it.
