  5. Bake for 2-4 hrs until tomatoes are semi dehydrated. More or less depending on how you like them..
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning at the end to add a nice flavor. Optional….but GOOD..
  7. Drizzle a bit of balsamic vinegar about 1/2 way or at the end of baking. Vinegar is optional but gives a bit more depth of flavor..
