It’s 1 tablespoon of Yeast.
Take 1 cup of Sugar.

Sinasir(rice pancake) step by step
Pour your rice in a bowl and wash it thoroughly then add water and let it to set for 1 to 2 hours then blend it til it's smooth..
Pour water in a pot and heat it to reach boiling point..
Pour the boiled water into the 1/4 cup of the blended rice and mix until it's become thick, let it to cool down then add it to the remaining blended rice then mix.
Add yeast to the mixture and allow it to rise for 1 hour then add salt,sugar and baking powder..
Put a pan on medium heat and pour 1 tea spoon of oil then pour a cup of the mixture and leave it to cook for 3 mins continue this procedure until u are done. you can serve this rice pancake with groundnut soup,pepper soup,spinach soup etc. Enjoy😘.
