Dahi Dhuan Chicken instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with 2 tbs of yogurt and keep aside covered for 10 to 15 minutes..
  2. 2: heat the oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame till light golden..
  3. 3: then add the cumin seeds, chicken and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour..
