- It’s 2 tablespoons of ghee.
- Make ready As required of Mustard oil.
- Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
- Prepare 1 cup of frozen peas.
- Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of sugar.

- It’s 1 of egg.
- You need 1 of small size finely chopped onion.
- You need Few of finely chopped green chilli.
- Make ready 1/2 of finely chopped tomato.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Take 1 pinch of black pepper powder.
- You need As required of Mustard oil to fry.
- Take For of brinjal fry.
- Prepare 1 of brinjal cut vertically.
- You need 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt which will be used for marination.

- For khichdi first we are going to dry roast the moong daal.Keep the rice soaked in water for at least two to three hours before you start the khichdi..
- In a pan we will add around 5 to 6 tbsp of mustard oil then we are going to fry all the veggies one by one and keep it aside fry around 10 minutes..
- Add 3 to 4 tablespoon of mustard oil add the bay leavesadd the ginger paste saute for a minute and add a dash of water. Then add the tomatoes.Then add the soaked rice add salt turmeric powder and water in a good amount so that the rice get boiled after that a add the fried moong dal and cook it for around 20 minutes on a medium flame kept in mind there should be ample water in the pan once you see the rice get soft and the Dal is boiled add the veggies..
- Cover the cooking pan and cook it for another 10 minutes..
- Add ghee and frozen peas into The khichdi you can also add green chillies best will be if you can slit the green chillies..
- For omelette in a mixing bowl and the egg Yolk add pinch of salt black pepper powder and chopped onions green chillies and tomatoes.
- Drizzle some mustard oil or you can use refined oil also put the mixture on the pan and fry it well on both the sides.
- For brinjal fry add turmeric powder and salt..
- Take a pan heat a good quantity of oil and fry the brinjal pieces one by one until it gets brown in colour and your khichdi omelet and brinjal fry is ready to serve and don't forget to serve with lemon.
