  5. Add little water to the carrots and allow to soften a bit..
  6. When done,add in the cooked fried spaghetti,a table spoon of soy sauce &seasonin. Stir fry them all together until they are completely mixed..
  7. Check for seasoning,if OK,turn off the heat and add in the bell pepper..
  8. Serve in a dish and garnish with parsley..
