6. It’s 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
7. Prepare 1 tbsp of cinnamon.
8. Make ready 1 tbsp of sultanas.

1. Gather all your ingredients.
2. Mash the bananas until fairy smooth. Add oil and honey and mix it well.( use bananas with lots of black spots or place them in a microwave for 2 minutes.

4. Add in cinnamon and sieve in the self raising flour and corn flour. Then add in sultanas..
5. Heat the oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
6. Mix in 2 tbsp of honey with 1/2 of yogurt and drizzle on top..
