  3. It’s 1-8 ounce of container sour cream.
  4. You need 1-9 inch of Graham pie crust.
  5. Make ready Splash of vanilla extract.
  6. Take of Shredded coconut, toasted.
  7. It’s of Maraschino cherries for the topping.

  1. In a bowl combine the vanilla pudding mix, UNDRAINED crushed pineapple, sour cream and vanilla extract, stir until pudding mix is well blended……
  2. Pour pineapple mixture into graham cracker crust……
  3. Cover and chill for 2 hours……
  4. After pie has been chilled take some coconut flakes and toast them in a skillet until lightly browned….. Let cool…..
  5. Place coconut flakes on top of pineapple pie, top that with the cherries, serve and enjoy 😉!.
