  8. You need 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder.
  9. Make ready 1-2 of green chilies, ground.
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon powder.
  11. It’s 1 tsp. of Eno fruit salt.
  12. Take 1 tbsp. of oil + 1 tsp. oil.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of mustard seeds.
  14. Take 1 sprig of curry leaves.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp. of sesame seeds.
  16. You need 1 tbsp. of fresh grated coconut.
  17. You need 1 tsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.

  4. Whisk well..
  5. Add cinnamon powder and Eno fruit salt. Whisk again..
  6. Pour onto a greased plate and steam for 15-17 minutes. When cool, cut into desired shapes..
  7. Temper the hot oil with mustard seeds and sesame seeds. Pour it over the Dhoklas..
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut..
