- It’s 1/2 kg of Boneless chicken (chopped).

- Prepare 1 tbls of garam masala.

Chicken stuffed buns step by step
- Wash your hand first say BismiAllah and droudshareef.
- First prepare chicken marination take a bowl add chicken chopped,salt to taste,red chilli,garam masala, black pepper, lemon juice mix it and keep in fridge for 10m.
- After that chopped capsicum amd onion and do shallow fry.
- After that use same pan add chicken,1tbls oil cook it then add 1/2cup water for chicken tenderize when chicken will be tenderized and all excess water reduced too then tunr your flame.
- Make more small chunk's of chicken (if you want then you can chopperize it).
- Now mix all mixtures together chicken,veggies and cheez also check all spices and add according to your taste.
- Now take dough punch it and divid it in small balls.
- Then flat it with rolling pin on counter top after that add mixture.
- Round it and make a balls prepared your backing tray with grease oil and butter pepper then set all balls in backing tray.
- After that bursh egg on it sprinkle kalonji,thyme,and oregano.
- Now put backing tray in pre heated pateela which is preheated almost 15m before to place it.
- Check on it when half done change it's sides nicely.
- When done take it out and serve it with ketchup and tahini suace.
