  4. It’s 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence or paste.
  5. Prepare 1 of ⁄2 cup vegetable oil.
  6. Prepare 2 of large eggs.
  7. Take 1 of ⁄2 cup of chopped pecans, toasted.
  8. Make ready of Dry Ingredients.
  9. Take 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
  10. Prepare 2 cups of brown sugar.
  11. Prepare 2 teaspoons of baking soda.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt.
  13. It’s 2 tsp of cinnamon.

Apple and banana cake is so simple to make and beautifully moist.Have a slice with afternoon tea.Ready in an hour, you can whip it up even on a busy day.Peel, core and grate the apples.

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Combine all the wet ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well..
  3. Add dry to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour into your lined baking tin..

  1. Bake in preheated oven for 1hour or up to 1 hour 15 minutes. Serve warm..
