- You need of For Chicken Tikka.
- It’s 400 m of Chicken mince.

- It’s 1 tbsp of Tandoori masala.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Red chilli sauce.
- Take 2 of Tomatoes chopped.
- You need 2 of Capsicum cubed.
- It’s 1 piece of Coal for smoking.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Butter.
- You need of other ingredients:-.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Cooked Rice.
- You need as needed of Fried onion birista.
- Take 2 of Sliced tomatoes.
- You need as needed of Fresh mint leaves.
- It’s as needed of Oil for greasing.
- Take 2 of Eggs.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s to taste of black pepper powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.

- Heat oil and add the whole spices. Add the tikka & the tandoori masala and fry.Add the chilli sauce too.
- Now add our chicken Mince and saute on high flame for 5 mins till the chicken has changed colour.Then add tomato & capsicum and cook till dry.
- Heat the coal & place it on a foil above the mince.Add melted butter and cover and smoke the mince.Set aside.
- Prepare rice as normal.
- Take the eggs,add the salt,pepper and red chillie powder and whisk.
- Add the egg to the rice and mix well.
- ASSEMBLING:-Grease muffin pans or you can even place a foil.Now add a layer of egg rice.Add the tikka mince,sprinkle some onion birasta.
- Layer with tomato slices and mint leaves.Finally layer with rice and pack tightly..
- Preheat the oven and bake for he Muffins @ 180⁰ c for 25 min..
- Let it cool and then slowly unmould it..
- When we slice our muffin we can clearly see the layers.
