6. Take 75 ml of water.
7. It’s 4 of ripe bananas.
8. It’s 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

1. Mix together the oil and sugar and then the mashed banana until combined..
2. Add in the water and vanilla extract..

4. Pour into a lightly greased cake or loaf tin..
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes @160° (fan) until it passes the skewer test..
6. Allow to cool in the tin for 15mins before turning out onto a wire rack..
