  1. It’s 100 gm of butter (unsalted).
  2. It’s 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. You need 1 cup of refined flour.
  4. Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda.
  5. You need 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla essence.
  6. You need 1/2 cup of cocoa powder.
  7. Take 1 cup of banana (mashed).
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
  9. Take 1/4 cup of dry fruits.

Choco Banana Cake step by step

  1. In a bowl, add refined flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix it well..
  2. Take a another bowl add butter and sugar and cream it..
  3. After creaming process add mixture of flour, cocoa powder,and baking soda into it and mix it by cut and fold method..
  4. After this add milk and vanilla essence and mashed bananas into the batter mix it well.
  5. Add dry fruits.& Pour the batter into a bake tin mould. And keep it in the oven for baking for 15 -20 mins..
  6. Garnish with some cocoa powder and chocolate syrup..
  7. Note : preheat the oven for 5 to 7 mins..
